1. Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:
The product is in unused condition.
The product and all its original packaging, accessories (such as manuals, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and there is no obvious damage.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service will process your return request and provide a return authorization and related information.
Pack the product: Place the product to be returned and its packaging intact in an appropriate box. Make sure the product and its accessories are complete and attach the return authorization letter (you will receive an email).
Return the product: Send the package back to the address we provide. Shipping costs are borne by you, and it is recommended to choose a trackable courier service to confirm the shipping status of the package.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its status, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
The refund amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank to process the payment.
4. Return Shipping
The shipping costs incurred by returning the item for personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, etc.) are borne by the customer.
If the item has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
